Solaria’s state-of-the-art fitness center offers weight training, strength training, resistance training and isometric training equipment with individual television screens including Cybex treadmills, Octane elliptical machines, True recumbent bike, a Paramount MP-2.0 Gym and a Hampton free weight system. The Solaria Lounge is complete with home theater system, Nintendo Wii, cozy seating and a 20 seating capacity dining area with a kitchen.

Play time in the children’s playroom and outdoor play area provides peace of mind beyond measure. Our indoor children's playroom is designed and furnished by Pottery Barn Kids® and is kid-tested to provide hours of fun to Solaria Riverdale’s younger residents. Get to Manhattan in the comfort of our Solaria Commuter Shuttle. During peak morning and evening commuter times, the shuttle drops off and picks up Solaria residents at the local Metro North Spuyten Duyvil station and at 96th Street and Broadway the express stop of the #2 & #3 subway lines in Manhattan. Along Riverside Drive , it makes stops at the College of Physicians & Surgeons and Columbia University.
